We are currently working on 25mans. As a single Guild we are not there yet. We will be doing it with "S H I N I G A M I" til we are there. We may wipe alot but we are getting the fights down and strats which is important. If you dont want to do these raids then it is best you move on. We are not the guild for you. We have to do things like this to get better. Tired of the bitching and moaning. We may have to start cleaning house again to see what toons we have that are dedicated to pushing endgame content.
This also means to be on your raiding toons before start of raid.
That being said I expect toons to get on to raid. If you are not on I like a reason for it. I would like to know if you cant raid as well.
